At USA Name Necklace, we want your personalized jewelry to be a cherished treasure. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
Items Damaged Upon Arrival or Incorrectly Made
If your necklace arrives damaged, has an error in the design, or simply isn’t what you envisioned, please contact us immediately at ( Click Here to Contact us ) within 30 days of delivery.
Attach a clear picture of the issue and a brief description. We’ll do everything we can to remake your necklace to your exact specifications, free of charge.
Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items (New & Unworn)
We understand sometimes mistakes happen. If you’d like to return a new, unworn necklace because you no longer want it or ordered the wrong one, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note:
- Non-personalized jewelry are eligible for a full refund.
- Personalized jewelry, since they’re custom-made for you, cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be exchanged for a different item.
Exchanges
To exchange your necklace, simply contact our friendly customer service team before sending it back. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange.
Cancellations
Because each necklace is crafted just for you, we begin production right away. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they’ve been shipped. However, if it’s within the return window, you can still return the necklace for an exchange.
